Available Shipping Regions & Exceptions

We currently ship to the following EU countries from our DE warehouse:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We also ship to Switzerland; however, Typhur Dome and Sous Vide Station are not available for delivery in this region.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders for all in-stock products are processed within 1-2 business days.
Standard delivery takes approximately 5-8 business days, depending on your location.
During holidays and peak sales periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Shipping Cost & VAT

Free shipping is available for most EU countries.
Shipping fees of €9-€29 apply to Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Latvia, and Greece, with exact costs calculated at checkout.
Remote area surcharges may apply, and the final amount will be displayed at checkout.
All prices include VAT, so no additional tax charges will be applied upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.
